If you don't love your purchase from W. Titley & Co. we will happily offer an exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
1. Items must be returned with the original receipt and must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Over Christmas, we are extending our returns policy. Items bought in December can be exchanged until the end of January, 2021.
2. Items must not have been worn and must be in a saleable condition. All swing tag labels and tickets must be attached.
3. Items that are packaged must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged. Garments must not have been worn and must not have any marks on them whatsoever.
4. American Hat Company hats must be returned in the original presentation box and then be wrapped in an outer protective wrap.
Your return items will be assessed once they are received and an exchange or refund will be issued if the above conditions are met.
The cost of the return postage to W. Titley & Co. is the responsibility of the customer. W. Titley & Co. will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of your return during transit.

How to make a return
With the help of Australia Post we have made the return procedure extremely easy and very cost effective. You will only pay $8.95!
Please follow this procedure.
1. First obtain a Return Authority number by phoning or email our store on 07 4787 2477 or firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Click the link " Titleys Returns "
3. Fill in your order number found on your invoice.
4. Fill in an RA number given to you.
5. Fill in your email address and select next.
6. Fill in your details, agree to the terms and condition and select submit.
7. This will redirect you to a payment page; fill in your payment details and continue.
8. This will redirect you to print your label. Package your parcel, attach the label, and take to an Australia Post service centre.
