Bisley Mens Long Sleeve Checked Shirt

Hi ... thank you for my last order for size L shirt that was quite Ok but I wish to refer to my prior order 36910 to which I sent the following message to [****] on 11/12 2022 but have not received a response.
This is the text from my earlier advice:
My past order was for three shirts in size XL that is my normal size (or size 43) when purchasing shirts from other manufacturers, On receipt I found the three shirts were found to be too large in body and sleeve length. Probably, because I thought that the size should be OK I decided to soak and wash them in very hot water expecting that they would shrink. The shrinkage was only marginal and I realised that I had made the wrong decision because I now have products that cannot be returned. I offered the shirts to a neighbour friend who has a larger frame than me who wears XL but he found the shirts too large. I now wonder if the shirts had been incorrectly labelled eg XXL.

I have today ordered one of the shirts in size L (navy/white/red (order #40503) and I will ensure that the size L is a suitable fit and will further advise. I will be interested to hear your advice/.comment.
