By processing your payment and finalising your order, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the
shipping of your order.

- Orders placed after 11:00am AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following business day.
- All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours* of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Sale periods may impact this time due to high order volumes.

- All orders are processed from two warehouses located in Charters Towers, QLD. Therefore, your order may be shipped as multiple parcels.

More Information

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped. A signature is required upon delivery unless we are notified otherwise. If you need to contact us with any additional information regarding your order, please email customerservice@titleys.com.au to ensure the information is received before your parcel is shipped.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Please note, due to our stores location express shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Any delays caused by the delivery company are outside of your control and we cannot be held responsible.

If your parcel has not arrived by in the shown time frame, please contact us at customerservice@titleys.com.au and we will launch an enquiry on your behalf with the shipping company.

If your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us as a priority on customerservice@titleys.com.au including photos when possible and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) has been advised and your delivery shows as delivered, W. Titley & Co. and the shipping company are removed of all responsibility, as the buyer has opted for a non-secure delivery method.

We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorised the transaction.

If the requested security check is not complied with, W. Titley & Co.
reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, refund and report the transaction information to the relvant Fraud Preventation and Banking Authorities.

The decision is at our sole descretion.

If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card/ account holder and
the delivery time frame is subject to dispatch date.
