By processing your payment and finalising your order, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your order.

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours* of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 11:00am AEST from Monday-Friday will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will also be shipped the following business day. Sale periods may impact this time due to high order volumes. Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, it is entirely in the hands of Australia Post.

All orders are processed and shipped from three warehouses located in Mackay and Charters Towers, QLD. Therefore, your order may be shipped as multiple parcels.

If you need to make any changes to your order, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has been placed.

Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the delivery company. Please note, due to our warehouse locations express shipping may be delayed by 1-2 business days. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, any delays caused by the courier company are unfortunately beyond our control.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been shipped. A signature is required upon delivery unless we are notified otherwise. If you need to contact us with any additional information regarding your order, please email customerservice@titleys.com.au to ensure the information is received before your parcel is shipped.

Most late parcels can arrive within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

If you parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, we suggest to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. For more information, click here.

To track your order, click here. You will need your tracking number on hand; this can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

In the case where Authority to Leave (no signature on delivery) has been advised and your delivery shows as delivered, W. Titley & Co. and the courier company are removed of all responsibility, as the buyer has opted for a non-secure delivery method.

We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. If a transaction is flagged in our system, we reserve the right to conduct all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card or account authorised the transaction.

If the requested security check is not complied with, W. Titley & Co.
reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, refund and report the transaction information to the relvant Fraud Preventation and Banking Authorities.

The decision is at our sole descretion.

If your order has been flagged for a security check, dispatch will be delayed until the requested information can be provided by the card/ account holder and
the delivery time frame is subject to dispatch date.
