Data Entry Processor

Retail | Permanent Part Time | Charters Towers, QLD

We are currently searching for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a data entry processor. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity and maintenance of data entry processes and tasks. This permanent part time position will be based in Charters Towers, QLD.

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9am-2pm

Weekends are not required.

Key responsibilities & competencies:

As a data entry processor you will be responsible for:

• Creating purchase orders for multiple locations.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Conduct accurate and timely data entry tasks to update records and databases.

Relevant experience & skills:

• A dedication to accuracy.
• Initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills (including the use of Microsoft excel).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and higher management.
