Sales Supervisor

Retail | Full Time | Mackay, QLD

We are currently searching for a full-time sales supervisor to join our team. This position will be based in Mackay, QLD at our new store, opening November 2024. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team to meet sales targets, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the store floor. Our store trades 7 days a week so you must be available to work every third weekend on a rotating roster.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:35am - 5:10pm
• Saturday: 8:40am - 2:10pm
• Sunday: 9:35am - 1:10pm

(Every third weekend)

Key responsibilities & competencies:

As a sales supervisor you will be responsible for and overseeing the following areas:

• Sales performance
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures
• Merchandising and visual presentation of the store
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment as needed
• Monitor customer feedback and implement measures to enhance satisfaction
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless operations
