I've been Had

I ordered some chaps for my 11 year old grandson in the large size. Firstly, they come nowhere near fitting him and he is of average size for his age. The bit that blew me away is that they are made of plastic. The total cost was $55 and then postage. Total came to around $75. I'm going to send them back, but it's going to cost me another $15 for your return fee, plus whatever the post office charges. I'm so disappointed.
